What is Enlighten Up?

Enlighten Up is a place to that will hopefully generate more questions than answers, but that’s the whole point of enlightenment, right?  A place for feeling feelings (sometimes more than one at a time). Balance, mindfulness — coming back to the moment, experiencing what is directly in front of us.

Turning poison into medicine.
